What is XtremeLiveTV?

XtremeLiveTV delivers available Live TV, sports, movies and series over the internet. Use a compatible viewing app and device. Programming and features depend on your selected plan.

How many devices can watch at the same time?

One connection means one device streaming at a time. The 7-Day Pass allows 1 Live TV connection; Monthly + VOD allows 3 Live TV connections plus 1 VOD connection; Annual Live TV allows 1; Annual Combo allows 3 Live TV plus 2 VOD connections; Mega Family allows 4 plus 4. Family + VOD allows 4 Live TV connections with 2 VOD connections for a 6-month bonus. Lifetime+ has 4 shared Live TV/VOD connections. The 14-Day Trial has 1 shared connection, and Sports Premium has 1 Live TV connection.

Which plans include VOD movies and series?

Monthly + VOD, Annual Combo, Mega Family, Family + VOD, Lifetime+ and the 14-Day Trial include VOD with the allowances shown on the pricing page. The $99 Annual Live TV plan, 7-Day Pass and Sports Premium exclude VOD. Family + VOD includes VOD for a 6-month bonus period.

Can I choose a plan without adult channels?

Yes. Select Without adult channels or With adult channels on the pricing page before choosing your entertainment plan. Adult channels are optional and for viewers 18+ only. Sports Premium excludes adult channels. Check the plan name at checkout.

Can I build a custom plan?

Yes. Use Build your own plan on the pricing page to choose channel categories, Live TV and VOD connections, billing preference and extras. Get my custom offer opens an email draft with your choices. Send the draft to request pricing; availability and terms are confirmed before you decide.

Do I need internet or a new device?

You need a reliable internet connection and a compatible streaming device. You may be able to use the TV, Fire TV, Android device, phone or tablet you already own. App availability varies by model. Check the setup guide or contact support before purchasing if you are unsure.

Can I watch on my phone or use another compatible device?

Yes. Use your streaming login in Xtreme2Go where supported, or the compatible player listed in the Setup Guide. You can watch at home or on the go with a reliable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. Mobile data usage and charges depend on your carrier. Each device streaming at the same time uses a connection, so stay within your plan allowances and account-use terms. App availability varies by device and model; check the Setup Guide before purchasing for a specific device. Movies and series require a plan that includes VOD.

What is VOD?

Video On Demand lets you select an available movie or series episode and watch on your schedule. Live TV follows a broadcast schedule. VOD access depends on your plan and app.

What is a VPN?

A VPN routes your internet traffic through an encrypted connection to a VPN server. It is optional unless your setup requires it, and it can affect speed. It does not guarantee better streaming, complete privacy or access to every service. Contact support for help with your setup.

How do I install the app?

Open the setup guide, choose your device and follow the relevant tutorial. Once assigned, find your streaming username, password and server URL in My Streaming Login inside your customer account, or use the details in your activation email. Your website account login and streaming app login may be different.

I paid but did not receive my streaming login.

Sign in to your customer account. Use the website account associated with your purchase and open My Streaming Login.
Find your app details. Your streaming username, password and server URL appear once assigned. Check your activation email, including Spam and Junk, too.
Set up your device. Follow the Setup Guide and enter the assigned streaming details exactly as shown, without extra spaces.

Your website login opens your customer account. Your streaming login opens the viewing app; the username and password may be different. Changing your website password does not change the streaming details shown in My Streaming Login.

If details are still missing, confirm your payment completed and contact support with your checkout email, order reference and device. Avoid buying a second subscription while waiting for activation.

My payment failed or is pending. Should I order again?

First check for an order confirmation and review My Subscriptions in the website account associated with your purchase. A payment message alone does not confirm whether an order completed. If an order or pending payment already appears, contact support before placing another order. If no order was created and checkout confirms payment failed, review the payment details or use another available payment method. Streaming activation is a separate step after a completed purchase.

I may have been charged twice. What should I send support?

Contact support with your checkout email, the dates and amounts, and any order references. Tell us whether each payment is pending or completed as shown by your payment provider. Support can check for separate orders. Do not place another order while this is being reviewed. Hide card numbers, passwords and unrelated financial details in screenshots.

What does Invalid Details mean?

Check the streaming username, password and server URL in My Streaming Login. Use these in the app, not your website password. Copy exactly; remove extra spaces and check letter case. Confirm your plan is active. If it still fails, send support your device, app and exact error—never your password.

What should I do about buffering, a black screen or missing channels?

1. Try another channel. Note if one channel or the whole app is affected.

2. Check internet. Pause downloads; try stronger Wi-Fi or wired internet.

3. Check your plan. Confirm it is active in My Subscriptions. Close other streams if at your connection limit.

4. Restart the app and device. Keep your login details before signing out.

5. Contact support. Send checkout email, device, app, channel, time, error and checks tried. Never send passwords or full card details. Avoid buying another plan to troubleshoot.

Do plans renew automatically?

The 7-Day Pass renews every 7 days; the paid 14-Day Trial renews every 14 days; monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew every 12 months, until canceled. Lifetime+ has one upfront payment and no recurring subscription fee. Review the renewal terms shown at checkout.

How do I cancel future renewals?

Log in to the website account used for the purchase. Open My Subscriptions, select the active plan and use its cancellation option. Complete cancellation at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date, as stated in the service terms, and check that the account shows the cancellation. If you cannot find the plan or sign in, contact support promptly with your checkout email and order reference. Cancellation stops future renewals; refund requests follow the published Refund Policy.

Open My Subscriptions →Read Refund Policy →

How do I renew or reactivate?

Review My Subscriptions to avoid an unnecessary duplicate order. To restart an expired service, choose a current plan using the same checkout email where possible. Include your existing streaming username if requested, or ask support to help match your account.

How can I contact support?

Use the Contact page or email xtremelivetvnow@gmail.com. Include your checkout email, order reference, device, app and a brief description. For technical problems, add the exact error or affected channel. Never send payment card details or post your password publicly.
